The problem

You need your invoices out of QuickBooks Online — to analyze what's outstanding, reconcile against a payment system, or report on billing by customer. QuickBooks can export an invoice list or report to Excel, but it's a fixed snapshot: the moment a new invoice is raised or a payment lands, the file is out of date.

Why QuickBooks can't do it
